Travel & Visa Guidelines

Navigating international travel requirements can occasionally feel overwhelming, so we have thoughtfully curated this guide to ensure your journey as smooth as possible.

Malaysia Flag

Malaysia

We are honored to host you in Malaysia. While delegates from many countries enjoy visa-free entry for short stays, we warmly encourage you to verify your specific nationality requirements well in advance to ensure a seamless arrival.

Essential Entry Steps

Verify Visa Status: Please confirm if your nationality requires an eVISA or a standard Visa prior to booking flights. We advise initiating this process early to account for varying processing times.
Submit MDAC (Mandatory): All foreign visitors (with exemptions for Singapore citizens and diplomatic passport holders) must complete the free Malaysia Digital Arrival Card (MDAC) online within three (3) days prior to arrival (including the date of arrival).
Passport & Travel Essentials: Immigration officers require a passport valid for at least six (6) months beyond your date of entry, proof of onward/return travel, and sufficient funds for your stay.
Health Requirements: A valid Yellow Fever vaccination certificate is required only if you are arriving from or have recently visited an endemic country.
Singapore Flag

Singapore

Many of our delegates will transit through or spend time exploring Singapore. To grant you absolute peace of mind, please review these specific requirements if your journey involves clearing Singapore immigration.

SG Arrival Card (SGAC): Mandatory for all arriving passengers (including those who are visa-exempt). This free declaration must be submitted online within three (3) days prior to your arrival in Singapore (including the day of arrival).
Visa Exemptions: Singapore grants visa-free entry to the majority of nationalities for short visits. Please verify if your passport requires an entry visa prior to travel.
Transit Passengers: If you are simply transiting through Changi Airport and will remain within the transit area without clearing immigration, you do not need a visa or an SGAC.
Hong Kong Flag

Hong Kong

If your travel itinerary includes the vibrant hub of Hong Kong, thoughtful preparation is key. We highly recommend verifying your specific entry or transit permit requirements early to allow ample time for processing.

Visa-Free Access: Citizens from over 170 countries and territories can visit Hong Kong visa-free for periods ranging from 7 to 180 days.
Pre-Arrival Registration (PAR): Nationals of certain countries must apply for and successfully complete Pre-Arrival Registration online before they can visit or transit Hong Kong visa-free.
* We are here to support you. Official invitation letters can be issued to registered delegates to assist with visa applications.
Please request this during your conference registration process.
