Aeroline departs
HarbourFront Centre (SG) → IOI City Mall, Putrajaya. Note: as of June 2026, Aeroline no longer
serves
Kuala Lumpur city (TRX/KLCC) due to a change in terminal licensing rules; IOI City Mall is
roughly 30–45 minutes further from the city centre, so budget extra time for the onward transfer
to your hotel.

Border procedure
Passengers must disembark twice for immigration clearance: first at the Singapore checkpoint, and
again
at Malaysian customs in Johor. Large luggage may remain in the vehicle at the Singapore
checkpoint, but must be brought out for customs screening in Malaysia. Ensure your Malaysia Digital
Arrival Card (MDAC) is completed prior to arrival. The full crossing typically
takes 20–40 minutes.
Since Aeroline's Malaysia terminus moved to IOI City Mall in Putrajaya, this
option is best suited to delegates who don't mind a further onward Grab/rail transfer into the city
(roughly 40–60 minutes) in exchange for avoiding airport transit entirely. Book premium options like
Aeroline at least 2–3 days in advance as they sell out quickly, and check current terminal
information directly with the operator before travel, as regulatory changes to KL coach terminals
have been ongoing through 2026.
