7 weeks prior 75% Refund
6 weeks prior 50% Refund
5 weeks prior 25% Refund
4 weeks or less No Refund
Visa Refusal: Full refunds will be processed upon presentation of official documentation.
Name Changes: A USD 30 administrative fee applies to all delegate substitutions.
